Webinars for Societies

Andrew and Devon Noel Lee are available for your society's webinar series or for an individual meeting.

Interactive Learning

Webinars allow attendees to see and interact with the presenter via webcam before and during the lecture.

Webinars are more flexible to accommodate the day of the week and time that your organization meets. This format also allows your organization to attract speakers from outside of your local area.

How does this work?

Your organization will need to provide:

  • A computer

  • A projector hooked up to the computer (or a large screen TV)

  • A sound system or Speakers hooked up to the computer – so the audience can hear the presentation

  • An Internet connection – WiFi will work, but it has to be a strong signal. Direct connection (broadband or DSL) is better

We provide the following:

  • The software used to connect to the webinar

  • A handout – minimum four pages.

If you haven't done webinars before, we can set up a 10-minute practice session a week before the actual webinar to test drive your setup.

Webinars just became more interesting. See the presenters throughout the stream and watch them use cool technology to enhance the learning experience.
