I realize you're busy trying to grow your business, however, I'm getting to the point of pretty damn grumpy (it's in my DNA). I have "joined", however, have yet to be able to access a seminar (including today's). I also received a couple of charges on my credit card that were not recognizable. After calling YouTubeTV, they said they showed no record of charging my card for those amounts. After calling the credit card company, they concluded it was fraud and cancelled my card. Now that I look at it, the charges were for $3.23 and $6.46... concidentally, amounts corresponding to $2.99 plus 8% tax. Any clues as to what's going on?

I also apologize that my website provider is just now bringing this post to my attention. I don't know if in the meantime you've sent me a direct email with this question. You must feel frustrated for our lack of communication. I am trying to figure out how to resolve the website commenting problem. I'm not sure why you were unable to view the webinars. For the most part, it should have been a simple process of registering and then the YT playlists I have created have the most recent videos and the archive full of great content. As for the charging, that is entirely handled through YouTube. I'm disappointed that they couldn't help you resolve the issue. YouTube is fairl…
